Resep Crunchy Sarden (Crunchy Sardine Recipe)

Sardine is popular fishes that could be cooked in many ways in Greece. The Crunchy Sardine is basted by bread flour before it is cooked. So the crunchy could be perfectly made before the fishes are mixed with the sauce. Mmmhh, so yummy :)

Sardin merupakan ikan yang sangat terkenal di Yunani yang dapat dibuat dalam berbagai cara. Chrunchy Sarden sebelumnya dilumuri tepung roti sebelum di masak sehingga crunchy dapat dihasilkan sempurna sebelum dimasak bersama dengan saunya. Mmmhh, rasanya nikmat sekali :)



Recipe is shown as below/resep dapat dilihat di bawah ini:

-Sarden kaleng/can sardine (1 pc)
-Tepung panir/panir flour (200 gram)
-Putih telur/white egg (2 pcs)
-Seledri/celery
-Minyak sayur/vegetable oil
