Spring Rolls Recipe (Resep Lumpia)

Spring rolls are a large variety of filled, rolled appetizers or Dim Sum found in East Asian and Southeast Asian cuisine. The name is a literal translation of the Chinese chūn juǎn (春卷 ‘spring roll’). The kind of wrapper, fillings, and cooking technique used, as well as the name, vary considerably within this large area, depending on the regions culture. Spring rolls are better taste when they are served with chili sauce :)

Lumpia adalah variasi makanan pembuka yang sebelumnya diisi, digulung, dan digoreng. Menu ini merupakan jenis dari dim sum yang banyak ditemukan di  Asia Timur dan Asia Tenggara. Lumpi ini adalah terjemahan harfiah dari juǎn Chun Chinese (春卷 ‘spring roll’). Jenis pembungkus, teknik memasak yang digunakan, dan nama tergantung pada budaya daerah masing-masing. Lumpia terasa lebih nikmat ketika disajikan dengan saus cabai :)

-Minced chicken/ayam cincang (150 gram)
-Carrot/wortel (1 pc)
-Cabbaga/kol (1/4 pc)
-Bean sprout/tauge (75 gram)
-Chives/daun bawang (2 pcs)
-Dry shrimp/udang kering (30 gram)
-Egg/telur (1 pc)
-Oyster sauce/saus tiram (2 tbsp)
-Pepper/merica (1/3 tbsp)
-Salt/garam (1/3 tbsp)
-Spring rolls wrappers/kulit lumpia
-Chili sauce/saus cabe
-Vegetable oil/minyak sayur
