Potato Bread is a form of bread in which potato replaces a portion of the regular wheat flour. In Germany, it is called Kartoffelbrot. It is cooked in a variety of ways, including baking it on a hot griddle or pan, or in an oven. It may be leavened or unleavened, and may have a variety of other ingredients baked into it. The ratio of potato to wheat flour varies significantly from recipe to recipe, with some recipes having a majority of potato, and others having a majority of wheat flour. Some recipes call for mashed potatoes, with others calling for dehydrated potato flakes. It is available as a commercial product in many countries, with similar variations in ingredients, cooking method, and other variables :)

Roti Kentang adalah roti terbuat dari kentang. Di Jerman, roti ini disebut sebagai Kartoffelbrot. Roti ini dimasak dalam berbagai cara, termasuk memanggangnya di wajan panas atau dalam oven. Rasio kentang dan tepung terigu bervariasi secara signifikan dari resep ke resep. Beberapa resep menggunakan kentang yang telah ditumbuk halus, sedangkan yang lain menggunakan kentang yang telah didehidrasi. Roti kentang tersedia sebagai produk komersial di banyak negara, dengan variasi bahan, metode memasak, dan variabel yang hampir sama :)

-Bread flour/tepung roti (350 gram)
-Boiled potatoes/kentang rebus (375 gram)
-Yeast/ragi (1 tsp)
-Sugar/gula (1 tsp)
-Vegetable oil/minyak sayur (1 tsp)
-Salt/garam (1 tsp)
-Warm water/air hangat (1/2 cup)
-Sesame seed/biji wijen
